Land Selection Several properties meeting the requirements were presented and shown. The preferred property was spectacular and well-located, but buying it went beyond the simple buyer/seller introduction.
Negotiating The purchasing process involved almost a year of issues and daily work. Due to complex owner issues the sale was a hard bargain. Over the years many have failed in buying this unique island. Some of the additional work of Pan American Land Advisors included:

- Knowledgeable review of financial projections, especially with regards to costs, to ensure that assumptions accurately reflected Panamanian reality. This is especially important to any developer who is coming to Panama for the first time.
