Sander Temminck has an MBA and is specialized in international projectmanagement. He has experience in Sales, contractmanagement and legal affairs. He has managed various big projects in Panama and started out several years ago with the 3000 ha Kingfisher Bay project on the Pearl Islands.

Ricky Yohros is a licensed architect and realtor from Panama. He has 17 years experience in the real estate market of brokerage, hotel condos, constructing and development projects. After working for big realtors and the Playa Blanca hotel project, he decided to start his own company.
